On behalf of the initiative group for the analysis of space activities, a report on the preparation of the Conceptual Foundations of State Policy in the Field of Space Activities of Ukraine was made by О. Fedorov. The resolution on the results of the discussion formulated a number of proposals and recommendations for specific organizational measures.
