On April 12, 2021 the article by prof. Kussul N.M. "Dreams of  Space as a Driver of Science, Education and Innovation" published in the weekly "Mirror of the Week".

Preparation of the draft  Space Program for 2021-2025 is under way. SRI director O.Fedorov, the member of Working group on development of the Program, is expressed a position concerning the current condition of  its preparation in the letter to chief officials. The Ministry of Strategic Industries of Ukraine responded to the SRI letter.

General Meeting of the Department of Informatics of the NAS of Ukraine was  held on May 25. In particular, the Reports of the heads of institutes of the Department for work in 2020 were on the agenda. The Presentation on the main indicators was presented by the  SRI  director Fedorov O.P. 

Elections of members and corresponding members of the NAS of Ukraine was held On May 24. In the Department of Informatics two candidates of the "Space Information Technologies" specialty from the SRI were nominated – there were the Depute Director, Doctor of Technical Sciences, prof. Kussul N.M. and Depute Director, Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, prof. Cheremnikh O.K. Among 6 applicants in the first round Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, prof. Cheremnikh O.K. was elected. General Meeting of the NAS of Ukraine have approved this decision of the Department of Informatics. Congratulations on your success!
