On October 10, 2023, an agreement was signed on the organization and implementation of a joint scientific and scientific-technical activity between Space Research Institute and the NATIONAL SPACE FACILITIES CONTROL and TEST CENTER. The treaty aims to:

• conduct joint research, experiments, technological tests, carry out demonstration activities;
• organize and conduct an expert assessment of the results of research work, the implementation of innovative projects, startups, etc.;
• form, if necessary, specialized laboratories, centers for collective use of scientific, equipment, other scientific units.
